Description: Baristas are the people who make the perfect espresso and froth our fabulous domes of foam! Baristas prepare the bar, test the coffee, check the grind, talk to the customers, sweep the floors and clear the tables. It is hard work, but we make sure everyone works as part of the team and make it fun.

Delista’s are busy before we even open our doors, preparing breakfast and lunch for our busy customers. Diligence, energy, love & innovation is how we like to think of the Deli experience while of course, having fun!  Coffee Republic teaches them all they need to know on the deli - food training programme, all that we need in return is enthusiasm, commitment and an interest in fabulous food.
